(1) In accordance with sub-section (2) of section 37 of the Act, the industry of the special economic zone shall submit the following details to the authority for the purpose of determining the production volume of its industry in each financial year:-
(a) Total production capacity of the industry and details of any increase in that capacity from time to time,
(b) Details of raw materials imported,
(c) Consumption of raw materials,
(d) Description of goods manufactured,
(e) Other details deemed necessary by the Authority.
(2) On the basis of the information obtained according to sub-rule (1), the authority will determine the result of the produced goods as follows:- The cost of raw materials incurred during the full operation of the industry. Quantity of produced goods Total quantity of production The total quantity of raw materials required for the full operation of the industry
(3) If it is difficult to ascertain the quantity of goods produced by the method as per sub-rule (2), the authority shall ascertain the quantity of such goods by any other appropriate method, explaining the basis and reason thereof.
